4. Free Trial and Paid Plans
RallyHarbor may offer a 14-day free trial for new users.
After the trial period:
- Continued access to certain features may require a paid subscription
- Pricing and plan details will be displayed on the website
- Fees may change with reasonable notice
Unless otherwise stated, subscription fees are non-refundable.
You may cancel your subscription at any time, and access will continue until the end of the current billing period.
5. Organizer Responsibilities
Organizations and event organizers using RallyHarbor are solely responsible for:
- Managing volunteers
- Communicating event details
- Ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations
- Obtaining any necessary permissions for activities
- Ensuring volunteer safety
RallyHarbor provides coordination tools only and does not supervise or manage volunteer activities.
6. Volunteer Participation
Volunteers participating in events organized through RallyHarbor acknowledge that:
- Participation is voluntary
- RallyHarbor is not responsible for the planning or execution of events
- Event organizers are responsible for instructions, safety guidelines, and event logistics
RallyHarbor acts only as a technology platform connecting organizers and participants.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use RallyHarbor to:
- Violate any laws or regulations
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users
- Upload harmful software or malicious code
- Attempt unauthorized access to the platform
- Interfere with the operation or security of the Service
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
8. Data and Content
